Premier Solo de Concert - J.B. Singelee - Euph and Piano (Lost Treasures Series) |

|
The Lost Treasures series of euphonium solos arranged by Luc Vertommen offers study and performance opportunities to every aspiring soloist.
During his studies in Brussels, Singelee met Adolphe Sax for whom he subsequently wrote a lot of music, solos for saxophone, fantasies, quartet and test pieces for the classes of the Conservatory. This work was originally written for an instrument described as 'tuba with six independent valves'. This is a terrific work, and very suitable for examinations, and recitals, as well as for brightening up a practice routine.
